EUCantina.net was launched on October 15, 2007. Originally a simple Star Wars forum with various homes, EUCantina was formed into a website with the primary purpose of reporting EU news. We provide interviews, opinions, and updates to help every Expanded Universe fan stay informed. A quick plug with some of our highlights over the past three years:  We provide coverage from conventions, and hosted a panel at Star Wars: Celebration V with the creators of The Essential Atlas. Our official podcast, EUCast, is a top-rated Star Wars show that earned a Best Panel of Hosts award in from Star Wars Fanworks in 2009.  Our sister website is SoloSound.net, a producer of several award-winning Star Wars podcasts. We are a website operated by Star Wars fans who spend hours at a time chatting about the Galaxy Far, Far Away. That passion for the EU will leak into our writing, but just remember – we are giving our own opinions, but its your’s that we really want. We encourage you to discuss what we write in the comments section, or on one of the many social networking websites.
